Kanze Dena a Swahili News Anchor of citizen TV, landed a new government job. She looked very emotional as she read her last news ahead of assuming the new government job. Kanze is a fourth born in her family out of the 6 siblings. She was born in kwale by Duruma parents. Kanze Dena has raised to glory after her past that almost led her to committing suicide.
As she grew, she passed through hardships, from losing her firstborn kid who she was to give for adoption. Later her mother died after short illness and her best friend who suffered breast cancer died too. She studied journalism and got an attachment in KBC after which she got employed in the same organization as a News Anchor.
Later she landed a job in Citizen TV as a Swahili news anchor alongside Lulu Hassan. Kanze progress has been recognisable, In 2017 during general elections she was chosen to interview Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta in Statehouse. The 30year old recently got a new role as the Deputy Head of the Presidential Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU). She will now be working in Statehouse in the roles of messaging, branding, research and press in statehouse.
